Flavor Profile: hotter cayenne pepper giving initial blast of heat followed by the black pepper and then the white pepper
Unlike some of the other Creole seasonings this one uses a bit more oregano and basil and has a touch of potent celery seed tossed in as well.
There are subtle differences between Cajun seasoning and Creole seasoning. While they both come from the great state of Louisiana and contain similar ingredients, the level of heat varies a bit — Cajun seasoning tends to be a bit hotter.
